The Rose Tower is a 333 metre (1,093 feet), 72-story skyscraper on Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Originally, the tower was to be 380 m (1,247 feet) high, but its projected height was reduced in further design modification. Construction began in 2004. On 24 October 2006, the building reached its full height with the addition of the spire. The tower will be the world’s tallest hotel when it opens in April 2008.This hotel, known as “Rose Rotana Suites,” will surpass the 321 m (1,053 ft) Burj Al Arab, also in Dubai.
ROSE TOWER is promoted by the Rotana Group based in Abu Dhabi. At 333 meters high with 72 storeys and 480 suites, this will be the tallest furnished hotel in the world according to the Guinness Books of Records among all other suites hotel and is sure to enhance the already dazzling skyline of Dubai with its Multitude of sky scrapers.
This hotel comprises an apartment tower with fully furnished studio flats, Single Bed Room, Double bed room and Three Bed Room Flats. In addition to that the apartment tower comprised world-class restaurants, cafeteria gymnastic halls etc. with security and electromechanical services.
The Consultant is Khatib and Alami Consolidated Engineering Co. who is one of the leading consultants in Dubai and this project is going to be executed by its developer, The Abecco Group.
Eeversendai is sub-contractor for the Connection Design, Supply, Shop Drawings, Fabrication & Erection of steel works, which reinforces the concrete floors and columns.
